Delivery in Mauritius

Delivery within Mauritius costs Rs 175. Delivery is free for purchases of Rs 2,500 or more. The threshold conditions and areas served must be confirmed with our team on WhatsApp.

Delivery to Rodrigues

Delivery to Rodrigues is free. We send your order to Pharmacie Port Mathurin and you collect it there, close to home. Our team tells you on WhatsApp when your parcel is ready.

Collection

Collection is free from our head office in Beau Bassin–Rose Hill. The exact address, the time and the availability of your order must be confirmed on WhatsApp before you travel.

Timescales and handover

Delivery within Mauritius takes a maximum of 5 days. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct; our team may contact you to arrange the handover.

We accept payment by bank transfer only (no cash on delivery). Bank: MCB – Account name: Purpledott Boutique Ltd – Account no. 000450110079. Please use your order number as the reference and send your transfer confirmation in our WhatsApp chat (+230 5855 8241). Payment is confirmed within 1 hour during business hours; your order is processed once payment is received. Order-only items (shipped from South Africa) require full payment at order.
